Mr. Silveira is a licensed building professional, with two decades of experience in Professional Construction Management & Design Consulting. In 2009, He established South Coast & Associates, Inc., which is a full-service Professional Construction Management & Design Consulting Firm based in Dartmouth, MA specializing in Residential & Commercial Construction Projects of any size.
With the effective management of his staff and a methodical approach, Mr. Silveira has successfully designed and managed over 1000 projects from initial conception to final implementation, all leading to successful outcomes in the following categories; Retail & Restaurant Designs, Heavy Timber & Masonry Mill Renovations, Custom Residential Designs, Historic Preservation, Coastal & Waterfront Home Designs, High Wind & Hurricane Designs, Site Analysis & Site Planning, Construction Control & Inspections, Commercial & Mixed Use Designs, Construction Planning & Building Code Review, Building Additions & Alterations requiring Structural Design.

Born in Boston, MA, Jorge has lived in the New Bedford area for most of his life. It was during his time at New Bedford High School that he discovered his passion for architecture. Jorge earned his Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering from New England Institute of Technology in 2007.
Before joining South Coast & Associates, Inc., in 2010, Jorge worked for a local general contractor. With over ten years of experience working in the field of architectural design, he has the knowledge and skills in designing from concept to completion. Jorge works diligently to create design solutions that are unique to the specific needs of clients in both commercial and residential projects.
As Senior Design-Build Project Manager at SCA, Jorge is experienced in all phases of construction projects, ranging from schematic design, final construction documents, project permitting, building material estimating & construction bidding/management. Jorge is also extremely proficient in 3d interior/exterior modeling & drafting. His technical knowledge makes him an important part of this team. Jorge currently resides in New Bedford with his wife and son.

Growing up in Dartmouth, Sid has been surrounded by construction and real estate professionals his entire life. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from UMass Dartmouth and applies that background across many aspects of his role.
As Project Coordinator at South Coast & Associates, Sid manages the behind the scenes operations that keep construction projects running smoothly. He supports the Project Managers by organizing and tracking client selections, budgets, change orders, approvals, orders, and specifications. He also works closely with vendors to request quotes and coordinate necessary documentation, all under the direction and guidance of the Project Managers.
In his role as Marketing Manager, Sid oversees SCA’s social media presence, creating and publishing content that highlights SCA’s work and strengthens its brand.
Outside of SCA, Sid is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with RE/MAX Vantage, where he helps clients with their real estate needs. He also serves as an Executive Board Member for the South Coast Business Alliance, a network of professionals dedicated to empowering and supporting youth throughout the South Coast region.
Sid takes pride in serving his community and is always looking for new ways to stay involved and make a positive impact.
Though born in New York, Jason (also called Jay) has spent most of his life in Massachusetts. A 2010 graduate of Bristol Plymouth’s drafting program, he studied both mechanical and architectural drafting, learning both a wide range of skills and computer programs. Upon graduating high school, he then studied at Becker College with a focus in 3D Design. In his first job out of college, he assisted in the design and creation of mobile marketing vehicles, exhibits, and displays. Before joining the South Coast team, Jason spent some time working with The Home Depot as a Measure Technician, where he would travel to customer’s houses or job sites to create working drawings of interior spaces based off measurements he took and conditions he noted.
His spare time is dedicated to either his family or relaxing. Rarely both.

Christian D. Gwozdz-Silveira
Design Build Administrator
Born in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, Christian has always had a strong interest in the construction industry. During his time at Dartmouth High School, he focused on business-oriented and design courses, gaining early exposure to architectural CAD, project management, and business management.
Christian is a licensed General Contractor in Massachusetts and a registered contractor in Rhode Island. At South Coast & Associates, he played a key role in securing the firm’s certification with the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), enhancing client experience processes, and expanding the company’s estimating procedures.
With a passion for public speaking and client advocacy, Christian has represented numerous clients through zoning approvals, special permits, and overall project approvals.
In addition to his work in construction, Christian is a licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX Vantage and an active real estate investor. This dual expertise enables him to guide clients through every step of their journey, from finding the right property to designing and building their dream home.
Building on his field experience, Logan now focuses on field documentation for South Coast & Associates, preparing the initial steps for project additions and alterations.
Logan enjoys collaborating with his father and brother and takes pride in building and growing the family run company alongside them.
