Coastal Addition

This project involved a complete addition and remodel of a single level home. The scope included a full exterior renovation with all new siding and roofing, as well as a new addition to expand the home’s living space. Two custom composite decks with cable rail systems were built to enhance outdoor living.

Interior improvements featured a renovated kitchen with new cabinetry and appliances, a custom remodeled bathroom on the first floor, and the addition of a new bathroom on the second floor. SCA utilized its coastal construction experience to phase out the project to comply with FEMA regulations and restrictions.
