Commercial Restaurant Renovation

In an effort to preserve this local staple’s cozy feel, while also giving it a much-needed facelift, this project had its challenges. This restaurant renovation came with time constraints, unexpected conditions, and structural changes. South Coast & Associates, was able to pivot to the challenges, offer solutions, and bring this project to the finish line.

The scope of work included reconstructing a new bar to match the existing layout, installing new acoustical ceiling tiles, new commercial grade floors throughout, and bathroom renovations with new bathroom stalls. Other notable upgrades included plumbing repairs, electrical upgrades, new equipment, and a floor system reconstruction.
