This home blends modern living with warm Mediterranean influences. Designed and built by SCA according to the clients vision, the layout includes over five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and multiple living and bonus spaces to support a large and active household.

Inside, the home features unique tile work throughout, a kitchen finished with large format floor tile and double stack kitchen cabinets. Nearly all of the bathrooms include fully custom tiled showers, and a large arch top window illuminates the 3-level stairwell, built with a continuous red oak handrail, adorned with iron basket balusters.

The exterior is detailed and clad in stucco, giving the home its distinct Mediterranean character. A variety of gables, hips bay projection, and insets were provided to add rhythm and interest to this traditional colonial base plan. What we are left with is a one of a kind property, echoing SCA design/build philosophy and mission at the core.

Built in Dartmouth, MA, this new construction project reflects a fully custom approach from start to finish. Every detail, material, and finish was selected to match our client’s vision and create a home tailored to the way their family lives.
