Redwood Cove

This new construction three-bedroom, three-bathroom home was built to make the most of its location overlooking the Westport River. The exterior uses a combination of red lap and vertical siding, and the front porch is finished with a black standing seam metal roof that gives the home a clean, modern look.

Inside, the first floor has an open layout with a comfortable living area and a fireplace surrounded by built-in shelving and a simple, clean mantel detail. The kitchen features white quartz countertops and a tile backsplash behind the stove, keeping the space bright and easy to maintain. Each bathroom includes custom tile work, and the primary bathroom has a glass shower enclosure, porcelain decorative floor tile, and ceramic tile walls.

The second floor includes carpeted bedrooms along with a den and a library in adjoining rooms, giving the homeowners a mix of private and flexible spaces that fit different needs. Every aspect of this project was tailored specifically to the client’s needs and style.
