Split Mod Level Up

We transformed this 60’s era split-level home into a modern, functional space. Starting with the exterior, we refreshed the brick façade, repainted the exterior, installed a new roof, and added an extra-wide paver walkway to enhance curb appeal.

Inside, this typical three level “split” we reimagined the floor plan by altering the basement into a forth level with additional bedroom, laundry and flex space. On the upper level, opening up the living space and kitchen by installing a large structural ridge beam to create a vaulted ceiling, drawing attention to a new nickel-gap clad electric fireplace with built-ins crafted from reclaimed wood. The kitchen features a spacious island, quartz countertops, and modern finishes.

The renovation also included fully updated bathrooms with a custom-tiled shower in the primary bedroom , built-in shelving in all closets, and the addition of a new in-law unit with direct access to a rear masonry patio. This project showcased our ability to design, permit, build and redevelop existing properties.
